The Bad Ideas Series was born from a simple thought: what happens when ingredients that make absolutely no sense on paper end up making perfect sense in a glass?

It is our playground for strange combinations, seasonal experiments, frozen specials, warm serves, and cocktails that sound questionable until the first sip.

Bad ideas, yes. But made properly.

Every drink in the series starts with a little chaos: one unexpected ingredient, one strange pairing, one “this shouldn’t work” moment. Then we balance it, test it, freeze it, heat it, shake it, fix it, and serve it the Big Daddy’s way.

The result is a rotating collection of limited cocktails that are playful, a little dangerous, and built to surprise.
